Maher Kaddoura, Founding Partner & Chairman
Maher is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, management consultant, and visionary social entrepreneur who believes in achieving more with less for the good of many. He is a seasoned speaker and storyteller on the topics of entrepreneurship, angel investing, workaround, social innovation and leadership. Maher is an expert in relationship selling where he perfected the methods, techniques and delivery style over the last thirty-five years. In 2013, Maher conceptualized G4G, Inc., a global network of independent professional services firms to help companies with their growth challenges. He sees the future of this industry is the cloud and being able to conduct business around the world faster, more nimble and cost effective for small firms in the areas of management consulting, accounting, law, human resources and recruiting. Upon his retirement as the managing partner of Accenture in the Middle East, he established a portfolio of professional services firms. Each of these companies is a leader in their sector—strategy consulting, system integration and training. Maher then founded nextmove, a leading management consulting firm. nextmove was acquired in 2008 by Huron consulting Group, a US based and listed company on NASDAQ, where he served as an Advisor to the CEO on global expansion. Recently, he has established his own fund named Qnnekt Capital to invest in the knowledge economy space. Maher is a member of The Buck Advisory Council (BAC) in San Francisco, where he advises BAC on strategic priorities, serves as informal ambassadors to raise the visibility of BAC achievements, and sets the pace for philanthropy at the Institute. Maher also served for three years on the advisory board at Harris School of Public Policy - University of Chicago. Maher is the Vice Chairman of Endeavor – Jordan. Mohammed Hajjar, Founding Partner & President
Mohammed is a strategic business leader with over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of management consulting and leadership advisory. He has deep expertise in turning around under-performing businesses and launching companies in a wide array of private & public industries. Mohammed has a unique professional background that incorporates four distinct areas of expertise: strategy planning & business model design, CEO coaching & mentoring, business growth & expansion, and new business venture design & launch. In 2013, Mohammed and other founding partners conceptualized G4G to help companies with their growth challenges. Having worked with global leading management consulting firms and later owning a 32 person consulting firm, they realized the importance of a global reach and the collaboration of firms in different parts of the world. Hence, G4G was created based on over two decades of observing the capabilities of the largest firms and the needs of the smaller ones. Mohammed’s expertise includes developing new markets, managing operations and cultivating talent & resources. He is an expert in developing and implementing new methodologies such as communications, business strategy, human resources and family business structuring in order to simplify and standardize complex operations. Mohammed’s efforts result in accelerating growth and operational effectiveness that equate to tangible results. Mohammed started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and has progressively held more senior management and leadership positions across the world. His experience encompasses many different industries including family business, consumer products, government, healthcare, oil & gas, financial services & real estate investment, and industrial products. He has worked in the United States, Canada and the Middle East.
Rick Davis, Founding Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
Rick is a strategic business leader with over twenty years of professional services experience in the areas of operational excellence, mergers and acquisition, new market development and leadership. He has a successful track record of leading and building global, high-performing teams and business lines with increasing top and bottom lines. Rick has deep expertise in developing and implementing growth-oriented business strategies including market entry, business development, financial analysis and execution.
He started his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and has progressively held more senior management and leadership positions. Most recently, Rick was the Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Vice President at a publically traded (NASDAQ) management consulting firm where he was responsible for the management and strategic direction of a global Education and Life Sciences segment. During his tenure, he successfully acquired and integrated firms in multiple countries and contributed to a business that doubled its size (top $200M USD) and profitability in a 5 year period of time.
Due to his executive skills, Rick is regularly tasked with mentoring and leading cross-functional teams. He has created an Operations Community across all practices to build a forum to discuss important topics, and share ideas with the goal of building a collaborative, world-class organization. Rick has received the Accenture Leadership Award winner and the Beyond Excellence Award for his exceptional leadership abilities.
During his career, Rick has successfully led and completed several integration efforts of company acquisitions where he was responsible for contract negotiations, change management and due diligence.
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Robert Morris University.
Rania Constantine, Chief Engagement Officer
Rania has fifteen years of experience in operations, human resource management & development, and consulting. She possesses strong leadership and communication skills and has deep expertise in managing large-scale projects and developing start-up operations and infrastructure. Rania joined the G4G Leadership Team in 2013 after a diverse career at large consulting firms. Prior to joining G4G, she was the Middle East Human Resources manager at Huron Consulting Group where she played a major role on the due diligence team when Huron acquired her previous company, nextmove. Rania also worked as a consultant at Accenture where she specialized in software development and implementation for the financial services industry.
Rania's skills and experience have been quite valuable during the initial design of G4G where she was able to translate business requirements into a structured model that can be effectively utilized by the programmers and technical people.
Rania holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Jordan, Amman. She speaks fluently English and Arabic
Tasha Mayberry, PR & Marketing Director
Tasha graduated summa cum laude from Kaplan University, earning a BA in Legal Studies. Previously, Tasha worked as a direct response marketing representative for nearly five years where she consistently ranked within the company’s top 10 agents. Moreover, she has experience as a paralegal, marketing analyst and a Vice President of Marketing for an insurance brokerage and wealth management firm.
She has helped companies grow from their garage to their own warehouse; win product awards; gain thousands of Facebook fans; continuously get mentioned on TV, in magazines and more. She is a national board member of Applaud Women Magazine.
For G4G, Tasha handles the PR & Marketing including social media, blogging, email marketing, online branding as well as PR & media outreach for our global network for business professionals.
Her unique experience and success with helping businesses create a strong and recognizable brand online and in the media has been an invaluable asset to G4G. Tasha’s main goal is to continue to help G4G grow by increasing exposure in the media, online and across the globe.
